Saturday 19 October Day 2 – 21km @ 7:00
Sunday 20 October Day 3 – 14km @ 7:00
Short Distance:
Friday 18 October Day 1 – 7km @ 18:00
Saturday 19 October Day 2 – 10km @ 7:00
Sunday 20 October Day 3 – 14km @ 7:00

R1000 per runner
1 Day Events:

21km – R400 – starts @ 7:00 with 3 day event
TRAIL Run 10km – R300 - Start between 7:30 – 8:00
Fun Run / Walk or Kiddies Cycle 5km - R100 - Start between 7:30 – 8:00
MASSAGES:
R450 for 30min
R700 for 60min
